Refund policy

1:1 Private Brow Training Policy

To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all students, the following policies apply:

• Training sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 10 days’ written notice prior to the scheduled training date.
• Rescheduling requests will be approved only in cases of documented illness or emergency, and official verification must be provided at the time of request.
• Once approved, the rescheduled session must be completed within 60 days of the original training date.
• Each student is permitted one (1) reschedule only. Any additional changes will require submission of a new deposit to secure a future training date.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they secure your reserved training slot and preparation materials.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

 

Brow Appointment Policy & Client Agreement

To ensure a seamless and professional experience for every client, the following policies apply:

Deposit & Payment

ALL deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure all appointments.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
• The remaining balance may be paid via Cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Consent to Treatment

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You authorize Daysy Marlene of Its Her Brows LLC to perform the service(s) selected at the time of booking.

  2. While all precautionary measures are taken to ensure safety and professionalism, you understand that there are inherent risks associated with cosmetic services. You agree not to hold the technician or Its Her Brows LLC liable for any injury, allergic reaction, irritation, or adverse outcome that may occur as a result of the service performed.

  3. Photos and/or videos may be taken for documentation purposes. With your consent, these materials may be edited and used for marketing and promotional purposes. All rights, title, and ownership of such materials remain the exclusive property of Its Her Brows LLC.

  4. You confirm that you have informed your service provider prior to your appointment of any use of products or medications including, but not limited to: AHAs, BHAs, Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, Salicylic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, or any other acne or skin-related treatments that may affect your service outcome.

Rescheduling Policy

• Any rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Rescheduling more than twice for the same appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is provided.
• After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
• A $15 late fee may be applied after 9 minutes or for repeated late arrivals.

Service Changes

• Changes to services valued over $100 or modifications to packaged services made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the original service total being changed.
